G1 Model Commercial & Enterprise Use License

1. Purpose

This License governs the commercial, corporate, enterprise, institutional, research, development, deployment, modification, and fine-tuning of the G1-360M_V18.2_PRODUCTION_F16 artificial intelligence model ("G1").

GSS-LLP grants eligible users broad rights to use and adapt G1 for legitimate business and technical purposes while retaining ownership of the original G1 intellectual property.

2. Grant of License

Subject to this License, GSS-LLP grants the Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to:

1. use G1 for commercial and non-commercial purposes;
2. deploy G1 on private infrastructure, enterprise infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, servers, workstations, edge devices, and other computing environments;
3. integrate G1 into applications, software, APIs, platforms, products, workflows, and enterprise systems;
4. modify G1 and its supporting configuration for deployment;
5. fine-tune, retrain, adapt, augment, evaluate, or otherwise customize G1;
6. create specialized or domain-specific versions of G1;
7. create derivative models based on G1;
8. use customized and derivative versions for commercial purposes;
9. permit employees, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, and authorized users to access and use G1; and
10. use outputs generated by G1 in commercial products, services, research, operations, and internal business processes.

Unless separately agreed in writing, this License does not impose per-user, per-device, or per-inference royalties.

3. Corporate and Enterprise Rights

G1 may be used throughout an organization, including by: the Licensee; its parent organization; subsidiaries; controlled affiliates; employees; contractors; authorized service providers; and customers or end users where G1 is embedded within a product or service.

The Licensee is responsible for ensuring that its authorized users comply with this License.

4. Fine-Tuning and Business Customization

The Licensee is expressly permitted to fine-tune and customize G1 to meet its own business requirements. Permitted applications include, without limitation: enterprise AI assistants; customer-service systems; internal knowledge assistants; workflow automation; document processing; data-processing systems; API and integration systems; enterprise search; retrieval-augmented generation; agentic applications; industry-specific applications; domain-specific assistants; operational support systems; and other lawful commercial applications.

The Licensee may use its own proprietary datasets, prompts, evaluation datasets, business rules, retrieval systems, and software to customize G1.

5. Derivative and Fine-Tuned Models

The Licensee may create, commercially deploy, and incorporate fine-tuned or modified versions of G1 into products and services. Where distributed outside the Licensee's organization, the Licensee shall: preserve applicable GSS-LLP copyright notices; identify G1 as the original model; identify material modifications; and avoid misrepresenting the original G1 technology.

6. Commercial Products and Services

The Licensee may sell products containing G1; offer G1-powered SaaS; provide G1-powered APIs; provide hosted inference; charge subscription fees; charge licensing or service fees for its own products; provide consulting services; and embed G1 into commercial enterprise solutions.

GSS-LLP does not claim revenue generated by the Licensee's independent products or services merely because those products incorporate G1.

7. Model Outputs

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GSS-LLP does not claim ownership of ordinary outputs generated through the Licensee's use of G1. The Licensee is responsible for accuracy, legality, and suitability of outputs, and for compliance with all applicable requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

GSS-LLP retains all rights, title, and interest in the original G1 model, including model architecture, weights, documentation, branding, trademarks, and training materials. This License grants usage rights only and does not constitute a sale or transfer of ownership.

9. Licensee Intellectual Property

The Licensee retains ownership of independently created intellectual property, including: proprietary datasets; prompts; business logic; software; applications; integrations; retrieval systems; evaluation frameworks; configurations; fine-tuning datasets; proprietary documentation; and independently developed modifications. Nothing in this License transfers such IP to GSS-LLP.

10. Redistribution

Any standalone redistribution of G1 or a derivative must include: (1) this License or reference to its terms; (2) applicable GSS-LLP copyright and attribution notices; and (3) a clear indication of material modifications. The Licensee may not remove required third-party license notices.

11. Branding and Attribution

"G1", "G1-360M", "GSS-LLP", and associated marks remain the property of their respective owners. The Licensee may state:

Such statements must not imply endorsement, certification, or partnership with GSS-LLP unless a separate written agreement exists.

12. Third-Party Components

G1 may contain third-party software, libraries, tokenizers, or datasets. Those components remain subject to their own licenses. GSS-LLP grants only those rights it is legally entitled to grant.

13. Responsible and Lawful Use

The Licensee shall use G1 in accordance with applicable law and shall not knowingly use G1 to facilitate unlawful activity, unauthorized system access, fraud, or IP infringement. Lawful security research, testing, and compliance activities are not prohibited.

14. High-Impact and Regulated Applications

If G1 is deployed in healthcare, financial services, employment, legal services, education, critical infrastructure, public-sector services, or other sensitive environments, the Licensee is responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards, validation, human oversight, and regulatory compliance.

15. No Warranty

GSS-LLP does not warrant that G1 will produce accurate or error-free results, satisfy every business requirement, operate without interruption, or be suitable for any particular regulated application. The Licensee is responsible for testing and validating G1 before deployment.

16. Security

The Licensee is responsible for securing its G1 deployment including access controls, authentication, authorization, network security, data protection, secrets management, monitoring, logging, and endpoint security. GSS-LLP is not responsible for security failures caused by the Licensee's environment or configuration.

17. Term and Termination

This License is perpetual unless the Licensee materially breaches it and fails to cure within thirty (30) days of written notice. Termination does not affect accrued rights or independently created Licensee materials. Upon termination, the Licensee shall cease new distribution of G1 and derivative models.

18. Governing Law

This License is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith commercial negotiation; otherwise, remedies available under applicable Ugandan law apply.

19. Entire License

This document constitutes the complete license terms for G1 unless superseded by a separate written agreement. A separate enterprise agreement may provide additional rights, warranties, support, service levels, indemnities, or commercial terms.

20. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, deploying, fine-tuning, integrating, distributing, or commercially using G1-360M_V18.2_PRODUCTION_F16, the Licensee acknowledges that it has read, understood, and accepted this License.
